Description

Using specially adapted 4 x 4 vehicles with informative safari guides you head out for 3 days game viewing to 3 of Tanzania's premier game viewing areas - Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. For those that are short of time or intend to extend their safari further afield, this safari makes perfect sense! There are also short hiking options to stretch the legs post or pre climb.

In Detail

DAY1-
TARANGIRE

After breakfast your guide briefs you on your adventure ahead before you head on to Tarangire National Park armed with picnic lunches. Tarangire is home to a wide variety of game from elephant to leopard and rolling hills dotted with ancient baobab trees. A fantastic introduction to game in East Africa. In the late afternoon you head to your luxury tented camp in time for dinner.

DAY2–
NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Today an early start is required to head into the world famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Famed for it's dramatic game filled crater, today is ideal for game viewing and excellent chances of seeing the Big Five. In the afternoon you head back out of the 2000 feet deep crater to your luxury tented lodge nestled on the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

DAY3–
LAKE MANYARA

After breakfast you depart to Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunches. Famous for it's tree climbing lions and elephant populations, Manyara has a wide array of habitats from open plains to cool ground water forest. In the late afternoon you head back towards Arusha to your accommodation and arrive before dusk.
