If you would like to enquire with one of our adventure specialists, please go ahead and fill out our enquiry form.

All existing guests will need to completely fill out our online booking form. All information is kept strictly confidential and used specifically to ensure that we provide a safe and successful trip.

Payments can be made to our U.S. bankers by deposits or wire transfers. We accept credit cards and service fees apply. If you would like to pay by credit card please email our travel consultants.

We require a 10% deposit on booking and the balance at least 60 – 45 days prior to services being provided. A booking shall be considered confirmed on receipt of the 10% deposit.

Due to the nature of holding reservations and policies from accommodation suppliers, this deposit is usually non-refundable. However, we do the upmost to liaise with our partners to credit future travel should unforeseen circumstances occur.
